  • Monumental trees English section of a recording database with 60 000 trees, 150 000 photos.
  • Plant Atlas UK This website provides access to the results of Plant Atlas 2020, a comprehensive survey of plants in Britain and Ireland. Good for checking the spread of cultivated plants into the wild.
  • Royal Botanic Garden EdinburghAn amazing interactive Google map listing all the plants in the garden, with details and multiple identifying photos of each plant. Also a list of names, wich then links to location on the map.
  • Seasonal wildflowers Covers catkins and tree blossom alongside flowers. Lots of photos.
  • The Tree Council . General site supporting tree centred activities.
  • The Tree Guide UK A tree and flower identification guide, in two main sections. In addition there is a section on How Flowers Work and another on the Tree of Life. It appears to be the work of an individual (Alan) over 10 years.
